The house is located at the end of a quiet side street of Bukovac Gornji without traffic. It is close to the center, but the position up the hill ensures clean and fresh air without the smog from the town.

The walking area of the center (Kaptol Center) is at app. 10 min driving distance and can be reached without entering heavy traffic, the American School is at similar distance. Downhill, at walking distance, is Park Maksimir which is ideal for cycling or walking. Uphill at 10 min is Park Medvednica with the mountain Sljeme.
